Return & Exchange Policy

At Bokitta we take pride in making sure our customers are having a good shopping experience. If you wish to return or exchange a product we would gladly assist you to serve you better.

REFUNDS

We offer our customers a refund for eligible items, but unfortunately, it does not cover the shipping and other tax fees for the previously and newly purchased items that you wish to return or exchange. Refunds may only apply after your request for refund is approved. All requests are accepted within 3 days after transaction has been made.

RETURNING ORDERS AFTER DELIVERY

You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them.


To process your request for RETURN and EXCHANGE of items please follow the procedure below:

● Send us an email at customers@bokitta.com to explain the reason for returning the item/s with your name, address and phone number.

● The refund will be issued according to the mode of payment if, you paid via credit card or in-store credits. A shipment fee of $19 is non-refundable.

● After the approval of your request, you will receive an email with instructions on how to send back the products to the given return address to be processed within three days after delivery. All returned products must be in good condition and unworn in its original packaging with tags attached. Always remember to label the returned goods as ‘gifts’ when sending them.

● After verification of returned products, we will issue you a refund within 7 days.

 

All new purchases made after processing exchanged goods will be charged accordingly for shipment and other fees.
